2) Myopic (tipoff is the patient is wearing glasses)

3) In Marfan Syndrome you get ANTERIOR lens dislocation, with Homocystinuria you get POSTERIOR lens dislocation (Read the Question Carefully) 

4) Arms and legs unusually long and disproportionate to torso 

5) Arachnodactyly 

6) Scoliosis greater than 20 degrees and flat feet
