Today's Pediatric Vignette is about a previously normal 2 -week old infant born full term via normal spontaneous vaginal delivery.  In addition he is feeding less frequently and duration of feeds have also decreased, accompanied by increased diaphoresis.  The following is a vignette taken from our Laughing Your Way to Passing the Pediatric Boards, Clinical Vignettes.
